1.Applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan.
2.The eligible category for this scheme is SC , ST , OBC , MBC, Minority and EWS category.
3.The annual income of the applicants family should be less than Rs.8 lakh per year.
4.If applicants parents are State Government employees then they must be Level-11 in the Pay Matrix.
5.The applicant must be graduate or have studying in the last two years of graduation and obtained 65% marks in class 12.

1. A Person belonging to transgender community would be eligible for this scheme.

2. Applicant should be a resident Rajasthan state.

3. Applicant whose gross income is up to Rs. 8.00 lakh will be eligible under the scheme.

4. Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation / Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL) / Jan Shikshan Sansthan / Industrial Training Institute or State Government / Central Government to provide vocational / technical training for skill development of applicant under the scheme. Must fulfill the minimum qualification and age limit prescribed by the recognized training providers.
