Introduction
1.1 The first 6000 students studying in government schools of Rajasthan, who have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in the Class 8 Primary Education Eligibility Examination, as per the state-level merit list, and the first 100 students studying in government schools in each district, who have obtained a minimum of 70% marks in the Class 8 Primary Education Eligibility Examination, as per the district-level merit list, will be eligible to receive the benefits of the scheme.
1.2 The first 5880 students who have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in the Class 10 Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education Examination, as per the state-level merit list, and the first 120 students who have obtained the highest ranks in the Praveshika Examination, will be eligible for the scheme. Similarly, at the district level, the first 98 students studying in government schools, who have obtained a minimum of 70% marks in the Class 10 Board Examination as per the district-level merit list, and the first two students who have obtained the highest ranks in the Praveshika Examination, will be eligible to receive the benefits of the scheme.
The number of eligible students at the state and district levels will be as follows:
a. State Level:
(i) The first 5880 students in the Class 10 merit list.
(ii) The first 120 students in the Praveshika Examination merit list.
b. District Level:
(i) The first 98 students in Class 10.
(ii) The first two students in the Praveshika Examination.

Similarly, at the district level, the first 98 students from all streams studying in government schools, who have obtained a minimum of 70% marks in the Class 12 Board Examination, as per the district-level merit list, and the first two students who have obtained the highest ranks in the Upadhyay Examination, will be eligible to receive the benefits of the scheme.
